little by little

Yesterday at the PT, Greg measured my flexion (how far I can bend my leg). Wednesday it was 110 degrees. Yesterday, it was 127 degrees. Improvements! My right leg can do 150 I think? So that's good. And I really felt my quad and my knee working. However, I did feel like a lot of the workout would move to my ankle. Since my knee is so unstable then my ankle tries to stable it it seems.

I'm watching Dead Poets Society. LOVE that movie. Classic.
Rikku had a puppy exPLOSion today--a random burst of hyperactive energy that I haven't seen her had since her bath at Laura's. It was amusing. But then she wanted me to be her playmate and tried to nip and bite, and well--that ended that lol. Regardless, it was amusing and fun.

Onward!

HOORAY for progress! What are the goals Dr. Isbell needed you to reach before you could have the surgery?

He didn't have any goals other than at least 90 degrees and 0 degrees (full extension), and reduced swelling enough so he could work on it. We don't know what that is, but the fluid is still there. But I don't meet with him until the 18th, so there's time!

Love the hair! The expression -- not so much. How about a nice smile?

Keep up the good work! I did not have full ROM when I had surgery. I think it would have been easier if I did.

Did you get your haircut? It looks really good if you did. And, even if you didn't, it still looks nice :)

PS: I hope Rikku is getting better for you.
